Polar Equine Inzone Heart Rate Monitors

The Polar Equine Inzone Heart Rate Monitors enable you to gain knowledge of how hard your horse is working during an exercise or a ride. Knowing how hard your horse is working allows you to control the horse's work intensity. Using the Polar Equine Inzone Heart Rate Monitor provides you with the information to exercise your horse within a specific target heart rate zone.

The Equine Inzone Heart Rate Monitors have a large easy-to-read display, simple one-button functionality, coded transmission and backlight for those early morning or evening trail rides.

Coded transmission reduces the risk of cross-talking in a crowded area, so training computer finds your horse’s heart rate and not someone other person's horse. The heart generates an electrical signal that can be measured on the skin.

The Polar Equine T52H coded transmitter contains two electrodes to detect the electrical signal of every heart beat and sends this information continuously and wirelessly to the training computer (watch receiver). The electrodes are mounted on a sealed transmitter that is attached to the saddle.

Putting the transmitter into place is extremely simple: the + electrode is first placed under the saddle pad, the – electrode is then attached to the saddle girth/cinch, and finally the transmitter is fixed to the saddle. This Polar Watch can also be used with the hand held device included with the Polar Health Check Set
