Montana Cincha Dressage Girth Natural Mohair 22" September 30, 2024 Reviewer: Christina Griffin from Fort Bragg, CA United States   The girth only measures 18-20" and the neoprene protector ends are so thin they won't stand up to any use.  The whole thing is a rip off for $122! Mohair Montana Cincha Dressage Girth August 28, 2024 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Putney, VT United States   This is a fine girth. We've used it four times on four mile trail rides going up and down steep hills. It doesn't slip.  My horse seems comfortable in it.  I use it with a Wintec Endurance Saddle.  The only thing I don't like is the neoprene buckle guards are a bit thin.  I'm wondering if I should have ordered the leather buckle guard option.  The girth earns a solid four stars from me. Perfect! July 11, 2023 Reviewer: RASP76 from Finksburg, MD United States   My sensitive TB gelding has been ears back flinching with leather and neoprene dressage girths. (And yes… saddle fits and he is medically sound) I ordered a Montana Cincha dressage mohair girth and Voila! A happy horse! The mohair is easy to maintain, leather at the buckles is gentle on my horse. No sores or discomfort. Light weight and breathable. Mohair English girth September 20, 2022 Reviewer: Patty Rush from Wenatchee, WA United States   I had always used neoprene girths on my horses but as they aged and their skin became thinner, they kept getting rub sores where the buckles were.  So I thought I would try a good old fashioned mohair girth.  Wow ! What a difference. They are so soft and comfortable. My horses love them and their hair has grown back .. No more sores ! Was this review helpful to you?
