Zilco Running Running Martingales Attachments, made with Stainless Steel hardware, provide extra control when you need it. At times horses can be more of a handful when out on trail. Biothane running martingales like this one prevent head flipping and increase the action of your bit, without restricting your horse. You are able to give with the reins to release the action of the martingale at any time. Easily attaches to any breastplate or the Zilco Deluxe breastplate with a scissor snap.

You MUST use rein stops to prevent the martingale from sliding all the way to the bit. It could get caught. Zilco woven endurance reins and other reins come with rein stops just for this purpose.

Stainless steel loops with scissor snap are strong and easy to snap on and off. Easy to adjust and take care of, these Zilco Endurance Runnning Martingales are perfect for riders with multiple horses. The exclusive synthetic Zilco material washes with warm water, and holds its color better than most other materials without cracking or fading.

Zilco material is wrapped around nylon, it's quite strong!
